Returns & Refund Policy

1. Order modifications or cancellations.

You can cancel or change your order within 4 hours. After that, someone processes it and cannot alter it. So, please check the size chart and product description to pick the right item.

For changes or cancellations, email our Customer Service at [email protected]. We can help adjust details like size, style, shipping info, color, or quantity. If more than 4 hours have passed and the order hasn’t shipped, we can refund the shipping fee only.

2. Defective Item Replacement or Refund

If you receive an item that:

  • Is markedly different from the description or preview.

  • Is it damaged due to our factory or the carrier?

  • Isn’t this what you ordered?

We will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the defective item; you can give it to someone in need or donate it to a local charity.

You must request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The product should be unwashed, unused, and in the same condition as received. After 30 days, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  • Your order number,

  • Please send photos or videos of the defective product. They should show the issue.

  • For printing errors, include photos of the errors.

  • For size or placement issues, include a measuring tape or ruler in the photo.

  • Your full delivery address.

Our support team will review your claim. If eligible, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or refund the full cost, including shipping.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds go to your original payment method. They take 7–10 days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time before the refund posts.

  3. Contact your bank; there might be processing delays.

3. Returns for Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a voucher. It must meet our return conditions. You will need to pay the return shipping fee.

Situations include:

  • Found a better price.

  • Changed your mind.

  • Item doesn’t fit.

  • No longer needed.

  • Ordered the wrong item (size/color).

Choose any carrier for the return, but you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Return Options:

  1. Exchange for a new product.

  2. Voucher for the item’s value (excluding shipping) to use on your next order. Valid for 3 months.

Return Conditions:

  • You must keep items unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, labels, and any materials from the original contents.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Requests after 30 days post-delivery.

  • Products are damaged by the customer.

  • Items are returned without prior customer service contact.

  • Used or worn products.

  • Items that lack tags or that someone has washed or worn.

How to Start a Return

Before returning anything, please contact our customer service team. We may offer a solution that does not must a return.

To return an item:

  1. Contact customer service to get an RMA form.

  2. Fill out the form with all required information and describe the issue.

  3. Provide photos of the product (files under 2 MB).

  4. We’ll review your request and email you return instructions and a return label.

  5. Ship the package following our instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your exchange or issue the voucher. This may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the carrier and our processing time.
