1. Shipping costs and processing and delivery time?

Order processing time: 2 – 3 business days (Monday to Saturday)
Order shipping time: 7 – 10 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Shipping cost: $5.99

Sales tax: None

Once the order is ready for delivery, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can track your package.

2. Delivery time

– giftsforhappy.com will ship the goods within the agreed time when you have completed all the ordering procedures. Shipping time usually takes at least 8-12 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays or holidays) and depends on the area.

Note: giftsforhappy.com reserves the right to change the delivery time without prior notice. Applicable in case of natural disasters or other special events.

Your order will be delivered a maximum of 2 times. If the first delivery is unsuccessful, the company will contact you a second time. If there is no response from the customer on the second time, the order will be canceled. After more than 2 times, the order will no longer be valid.

Upon receipt of the goods, customers need to carefully check the condition and quantity of the goods before signing for receipt.

If you find that the goods are damaged, missing or not as ordered, you need to contact giftsforhappy.com customer service immediately for support.

3. Change address

While the package is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location for your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.

4. Change order

Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change or cancel the order. If you want to return the product, you need to start the return process after receiving the product.

5. Not received the item

If you have successfully placed an order but the tracking status shows that the order has not been delivered. We recommend that you contact the carrier to locate your item as we cannot control the item once it is ready (after the carrier delivers it), but if you are still having trouble, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

It is possible that tracking information will not be available at all times. It is possible that the tracking information in the app has not been updated due to technical issues.
