This policy only applies to orders placed in the United States of America. This policy aims to ensure that you are aware of our shipping rules and procedures. By placing an order with this business, you agree to the following policies.

Shipping Costs, Transit, and Handling Time?

Order handling time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Order transit time: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Cost: $5.99

Sales Tax: No

When we prepare the order for shipping, we will send a tracking link to your email so you can track your package.

If you customize your order or need changes, it might take a few more days. Our designer needs time for these adjustments, and it varies. The complexity of the request.

Change of Address

Once the package is on its way, we can’t change the address. To change the delivery location, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of your order.

Order change

Once you confirm your order, you cannot change or cancel it. If you want to return a product, you need to start the return process once you have received the item.

Item not received.

If the tracking for your order says it hasn’t been delivered, you should contact the carrier to locate it. We can’t control it once the carrier takes over. If there are still problems, please email us at [email protected]. We’ll fix it in a timely manner.

Tracking information might not always be available. Sometimes, a technical issue can delay updates in the app. If you can’t find your item, please email us at [email protected]. We will help you solve the problem without delay.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into its system.

If you can’t find your package info, it means the carrier hasn’t processed it yet. Once someone scans the package, tracking updates will appear.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we will take care of this for you.

Will you send my items in one package?

For logistical reasons, we may ship items separately, even if they are part of the same order. This can happen even if you’ve requested combined shipping.

Can I see a preview of my final custom photo ornaments before shipping?

Please note, we do not offer previews of custom photo ornaments. By ordering, you trust us to create the product as per your specifications and design. This policy ensures our efficiency and product quality. Thank you for understanding.

Our headquarters and product design are in Vietnam. We offer a variety of products. Some ship from Vietnam, while others come from countries like the USA, China, and India. International shipping takes longer than domestic. Yet, all products follow the stated shipping time frame.
